First, I really like this character. Is she a elf or a demon?
I wonder what the story is behind her horns being cut? The nubs remind me of Hellboy and his broken horn haha.

I never really have critiqued others work but to start off, great quality of line work; especially the extra detail in the hair. You didn't make the majority of them too thick or too thin; properly balanced, crisp and clean strokes.
If you do decide to go ahead and color it in, careful not to loose the fine quality within the smaller, thinner line work. I feel that some could easily be lost.
