I know that feeling...like nothing you do ever amounts to anything, and no matter how hard you try no one will every think you're anything more than trash...I'm in the midst of one of those ruts right now, actually, but I'm just going to keep working and working until it comes to fruition, because I know it will. Never give up!

on a more artistic note, ironically when I saw this the first thing I thought of was 'hope'. Two little black blob people, no definition apart from eyes looking toward light...sort of like, 'hey, what's that?'. It's like they've never seen light before...at least they've got each other, though. it reminds me of one of the short stories in a favourite book of mine, The Compass Rose. It's about Atlantis, and the people who were living there were stopped in time by the cold and dark and pressure when Atlantis sank. In the story Atlantis is rising again, and it's about the people slowly beginning to be able to hear and see and move again. It's a very powerful story and I definitely recommend The Compass Rose to anyone who enjoys reading.

My first though: That the 2 figures are looking at me, but they are looking at me from above (so maybe I am the small one, or regard me as the inferior, small one). They look very intense to find the bad traits of my personality, the wrong things I do. But above it's light,so I would try to reach the light althoug it's difficult, because I am so small. Maybe I should think of some way to escape?

the first thing I thought when I saw this pic was: "it's them... those who makes everything goes wrong." for me, those two symbolice everthing that can and go wrong, and I can really see how they're laughing at me, when something goes wrong... I really hopes that these two leave you alone, and don't mess with you. I wish i could give you a real hug, but since I can't, all I can do is give you a cyber-hug and be thinking of you.
