A quote came to my mind as I saw this image:

Even though you may think, why? The quote speaks of acceptance. The joy of knowing someone loves us for who we are and accepts are faults, is of a great magnitude.
This piece of art evokes feelings we have yet to forget. V for Vendetta presentes a very poetic and emotional character. V is a man full of numerous witty remarks and powerful words, he is conifdent in his battles and has an elegant manner that is hard to rival. Even so, he may lack the love of a woman; our gentle Evey. The embrace that is presented here is that of a protective one, even motherly if we choose to say so. The colors are soft, warm and inviting. We only wish we could reach into the image and embrace V ourselves. The marred skin, although a harsh reality, adds to the emotions present in his expression. The expression here is the main focus of the wonderful ensamble: Relief! We see it in the position of his face at Evey's bosom and his soft grip on her arm. Although the image may present a sort of blur and lessen the quality in a minimal way, we can still appreciate a kind of dreamy atmosphere. Over all, the work itself is a powerful manifestation of what every being must have, fictional or non fictional, cannonical or not.
