There! Finally I kept the promise to myself - I drew Neo-Queen Serenity.

I just had a bad day and needed to relieve it. Sailor Moon is indeed the best cure - I went for her Queen persona, since her usual outfit is a stress to draw for me.

Originally I wanted to try a golden shading on her dress, but it reminded me on that transparent plastic wrap in which bonbons are packed... So I went with the blue after all.
And the wand she is holding is invented, yes.
